Taking vitamins

its healthy doing that, take everyday vitamins, but I know that vitamins if above the range it lead to more sickness, so how often should we do blood work to see vitamins levels

you right exactly what doctor said, of course 6 months not wrong but to be in the safe side 3 months is standard

@tarah9 I check every 3 months if I take D, and other vitamins and blood I check once a year
