Creamy steam chicken...

Just finished up the lunch. I made a rich, creamy, spicy chicken for lunch with flat bread. I marinated chicken with lots of spices and then steamed until done and grill marks appeared and then smoked it with coal to give it a barbq flavour. Everybody enjoyed the lunch.
