How Can You Prevent Insomnia?

As a working student i was always been attacked by stress yet every night i cant hardly sleep due to many projects? have any suggestions mate?

You need to relax your mind say at least an hour or half an hour before you sleep and avoid any caffeinated drink or chocolates before you sleep.

Watch an ASMR video on Youtube while wearing a headset. I wont explain what asmr is but they can cure insomnia and even stress. if felt like someone massages your scalp.

I have a lot of trouble with insomnia. I have read about it. I have to start planning a good sleep when I get up in the morning. Never sleep in. Never take a nap Coffee only in the morning. Usually only one cup. Get some exercise every day Don't sit too much Don't eat too much in evening Warm bath to relax and warm milk These things have helped me.
