Patrick Beverley scored all but two of his 15 points in the second half Friday afternoon, leading Arkansas to a 73-64 victory over Marist in the Old Spice Classic at Disney World. Gary Ervin scored eight points in the final three minutes to finish with 13, including a pair of free throws with 26 seconds remaining. Sonny Weems added a dozen points and 13 rebounds for the Razorbacks (4-0). Jared Jordan paced Marist (3-2) with 21 points, eight assists and eight rebounds. James Smith scored 18 points and Will Whittington had 10 for the Red Foxes. Arkansas held a 22-19 halftime lead despite making only 28 percent of its shots, while Marist hit 32 percent from the field before the break. The Razorbacks more than doubled their accuracy in the second half with 58 percent shooting. There were five lead changes and seven ties before Arkansas took the lead for good on a Vincent Hunger layup and free throw with 13 minutes left.
