Well we got our grocery shopping done til next month glad that is over with.I got some goodies today look for upcoming post on some of my goodies. I got me some black cohosh for the hot flashes and glad I did because I have been having hot flashes like crazy today. I also got me a zexy nightie needed something cool to wear with the hot flashes around the house and to sleep in.

I hope that the black cohosh helps. I shop every week. I can't imagine grocery shopping once a month. I wouldn't even know what to buy.

I hope so also once it gets into my system good I should be ok. Yeah we make a list every time we shop or we would forget something for sure.

Cohosh? Oh wow! I went grocery shopping this past weekend to hold me over for two weeks until next weekend, when I did a big one for June.

Yeah I took it before my friend gave me some and it helped so I figure I would get it again. Yeah we shop for the month and it takes 3 hours to get it done then once we get home at least an hour to put it all away.

@Tina30219 Three hours! For me, big ones take maybe 2 hours. Target, ALdi's, Giant Eagle. Medium ones take 1 hour.

Yeah when you make everything from scratch it does cost more. But cooking from scratch is better for you.

@Tina30219 Yes it is. Too bad my husband doesn't appreciate it. He grew up on garbage and misses Stouffer's lasagna.

@NJChicaa That's not nice of him. I use to make quite a bit of those lasagnas but my boyfriend prefers the homemade stuff. When you make lasagna what kind of cheese you use? My boyfriend does ricotta and then the mozzerella on top. He mixes the ricotta with the meat sauce mixture.
