One should be very careful while doing paint work

This is my personal experience. Last week while I was painting the boxes I came into contact with many chemicals and also some paint. The paint which I used was good and it was safe. But, the spirt and the other old paint kept in the house showed some effect on my skin. Now, I am recollecting. Soon after finishing my painting work on that day I felt somewhat inconvenience and some burning of eyes. I also had some itching on the scalp. I could recollect now. of course, I had some medicines and came out of that. Today also while painting the old plastic bucket I experienced the same feeling and I could sense it and immediately left the place soon after finishing the job. Even then, I had some mild headache. Lucky, that I came out. What happens with the spray paint is that the paint being more evaporating property spreads into the air and we should not inhale it. We should inevitably wear a mask. We can not neglect it thinking that it is only a 5 minutes work. It is this 5 minutes work which will affect our skin besides showing some symptoms of a reaction. So, never neglect to wear a mask and also always maintain some distance from the object and the hand holding the paint can. You should not keep the hand steady but should make some brisk movements while painting.
