Acne tips

I wish I could have known what I'm about to write here sooner. First, I would like to say that acne may not appear for people at any point in their life. However, some may get it bad and suffer from it for years (or even a lifetime). I am still a teenager (17 and a half) and I've learned so much about acne, it's results and how to prevent them. To begin with, keeping your face clean is the most important thing to do (even before the acne begins for you as a child). That may be done by changing your sheets every two weeks, washing your face, with the appropriate soap for you, every night and day. In addition, for some people fat foods may make the acne worse. Luckily, chocolate doesn't effect me. You may want to try and figure out how fat foods effect your skin. Some soaps may dry your skin, scratch it and damage it. You need to try some soaps for a month and see which one is best for you. Last but no least, don't pick on pimples because it leaves terrible scars (and I'm one to know since I've been there, done that, and got what I deserved). It may be a bit humiliating walking around with a fat bump, but soon it will go away- better than suffering the rest of your life. Good luck
