About ten years ago it became 'cool' to have a fear of clowns. I never trusted clowns but never made direct avoidance of them. There have been tons of movies made about clowns – from the funny to the scary – clowns are almost everywhere. You would think that someone that is in the real estate business would know the rules regarding things left behind – there's always reason why it was left. When real estate agent Kent finds out that the clown he hired for his son Jack's birthday party isn't going to make it, he conveniently comes across a rather strange looking clown costume. After being a complete success at the party Kent tries to take off the outfit but there's no zipper or buttons and the suit is actually getting tighter the more he struggles with it. If blood isn't your scene, don't start watching this because there's a ton of it. Even Shadow the dog gets in on the action after he devours one of the clowns props. The only recognizable actor I know is Peter Stormare. The whole cast is solid but soe of the characters come off as needy and annoying. The basics of the plot boils down to one simple thing, do you love your spouse enough to kill them? For me the best part was the gradual transformation from basic clown to full blown monster. The changes are subtle but the flashback scenes [once explained] paints a rather noxious existence for anyone that dons the suit. Photo: Cover of DVD / Paramount

That sounds like the kind of movie I would not watch alone.
