Not healthy

There are days where I don't feel like eating something healthy. I lean on to my instant noodles. They're easy, delicious and affordable. And now I think it's showing negative effects on my health. I'm gaining weight a little bit and having mood swings all the time. I think it's time to quit consuming these instant food and start having real food.

They say that instant noodles contain wax. But i still eat them. I get so much cravings for unhealthy food too.

I heard that too. But I don't know if it's true or not. I find it unhealthy because of the high MSG content..

@Slayqueen oh yes the MSG is another issue and unfortunately we find it in all processed foods.

It's probably not a good idea to have too much of the junk foods. You need healthy food to stay well.

It is better to go to kitchen and cook something healthy for yourself, because these fast foods are hard to digest, and lack the required freshness and nutrients.
