Just saw this on facebook and had to share this especially with memorial day weekend here. If you like corn on the cob and have to cook it for a big group of people take it once all husked or whatever you call it put it in a clean cooler dump a couple pots of boiling water over it close the lid and leave it in there for 30 minutes and then once 30 minutes is done remove your corn and enjoy.

@Tina30219 We usually microwave corn on the cob still in the husks, but not fast enough for a large crowd.

This sounds like a great idea. I've never had to cook that much corn-on-the-cob at once but I imagine it saves lots of time. My wife and I have developed a taste for corn-on-the-cob cooked on the grill.

I never had to either but if ever had to it would be perfect. Never had it on the grill before I bet it is yummy

@Tina30219 Grilling adds a very nice flavor to the corn.

Me also I think it would be a good way to do it and less things to do in kitchen.

Yeah but it also depends on how many ears each person eats also. I can eat 2 and so can my boyfriend. We bought 4 ears the other day at store can't wait to have them
