Work and Work and More Work

I do get paid well but its a lot of work, being a caregiver and I am hoping this to be my last job in this field. I am having to stay at the hospital for this job, only a couple night but NO ONE sleeps in a hospital. You and the patient may nap but never more than 4 hours sleep. I have my sister at my place taking care of the animals so no worrying about them. What is bad is that I am trying to be a landlady as well, I usually do most of that work by phone and that is good for me but what really sucks is the cell phone reception here, more than not I do not have service, only when I go down to the food court, but I do get texts and I don`t text with the potential tenants. I want to hear them. But I can work mylot and make me a few pennies, since the patient naps more than me. How is your Friday?

I am sorry to hear that you are finding yourself at the hospital being a caregiver. I didn't sleep much either, while I was at the hospital when my kids were born. It's not easy to do. Hopefully, you don't have to be at the hospital for too long with the patient.

It would be nice if you could get some rest while you're stuck at the hospital since you're always burning the candle at both ends. Hope the time you have to spend there isn't too long

The plan is for only 48 hours but when discharged that could turn into around 5 extra hours. They get in no hurry.

@AbbyGreenhill An adult sitter, I give them the care they need, like Baths, food and drink. I have changed diapers but I do not want that old of a person again. I will hand out medicine only of I hve the original bottle and the latest report from he doctor of what they are to take.

If you run a business you do, but if a family calls you and you are doing nothing more than just sitting, no.

Being at a job that you find stressful will work against you. Hope you will find something that you are comfortable with. I have that flower in my garden.

How many days are you in the hospital for? And what's goiing on? You could see if there was a way for your phone to get service via wifi, some cell phones will get wifi calls using your same number- my old lg did.
