Laughing without reason

Recently, I face something looking very strange, sometimes or from time to another, i feel that i wanna laugh without any reason, just i wanna laugh, today at work, i felt that i wanna laugh, but i didn't, all people around me will think that I'm mad or crazy, is that normal or what ?

Perhaps something tickled your subconscious that made you want to laugh. Pretty sure it is normal, it is just like how some people cry for no reason or get mad. It is just a chemical released in your body that causes you do to something

I think there is a condition where some people can't control their urge to laugh. On the other hand I also know people ho laugh a lot for no apparent reason. If it bothers you maybe you should talk to your physician
