According to the Samsung Health Fitness app that I used its distance is 17.55 kilometers and I did it at exactly one hour. The terrain is not flat because I need to pass through three elevations which really took my energy. Yesterday I told myself that I used my mountain bike to go to work instead of riding bus for thirty pesos fare. At 730am i started ro pedal the bike and along the way I drink water. It just feels great that I did. Now the problem, returning back to home.

But the return will have slopes and not elevations and so you should be doing fine.

wow. 17.55 kilometers is quite a distance, especially since it's not flat cement like here in metro manila. when you commute by bus, how many minutes/hours is your usual travel time?

@ilocosboy better that you don't get wet with the rain when you are tired and your muscles aching.

This is a good way to have a good health. Since you rode it to office it wouldn't be difficult to ride back.
