Working together to achieve certain goals

In many activities, in an office or any field of work, all member are working together and all must be united in achieving their goals. Each members should be ready to share their talents, skills and time in order to attain the objectives that they are trying to aim. And there should be a cooperation in order to resolve whatever problem arises in the area. We must work actively in a certain group so that our aim will be achieved and we should keep in touch to other group of people to meet our task or goals in our team

@prashu228 yes but we can't avoid conflicts from happening, that's why we need to manage em, it's like we were not aware that it came, like it is voluntary and it came in it's own volition, I think that's what's happening
