....and I mean that in the nicest way possible! Not that I don't enjoy it here, I do....but it's supposed to be summer!
Seriously, the weather has been horrible and this Memorial Weekend has been more like those I suffered through 'back home' in New Jersey. It was usually cool, too cool for the pool...and maybe we would have one nice day out of the three.
Today started out very nice - lots of sunshine. But it was around 10 am that the clouds rolled in and bye bye sun, hello muggy. If you sit outside and do nothing you sweat and your hair turns to frizz. So even though I wish I was outside, I'm in here in the AC keeping cool and calm.
How is the weather in your neck of the woods?

Yesterday it was relatively sunny til 4 pm then it rained for an hour or so, then it started raining again at midnight. Today it is cloudy.

Weather here doesn't go by the calendar - this is the south and we get summer when it arrives and it's usually in May. We normally have 90 degrees by the end of May.

It is pretty warm and humid here but it has been pouring with rain today...still over 30 in the kitchen though

Living in the south a pool is a popular item. Most of them are inground also.
