the season of mango is here / myLot

Phew! So many mangoes.I really don't know what to do with so many of them.Some of them are already ripe ( in pictures).Many of them are still unripe.my neighbours are bringing bags of mango everyday.Today my uncle also brought some of their garden's mango. I have already planned to make some mango smoothie and ice - cream.Can you guys give some other suggestions?

i eat unripe mangoes when i was still in my mid-20's. now, i prefer the ripe mangoes after a meal.

You can try to make some mango ice cream. Why not a mango salad. I so love it. We usually make this for summer with the unripe mangoes.

Yeahh try to make a mango juice and seaweed. It is very nice. In my home there are also so many kind of mangoes.

yes ! in India you can find many varity of mangoes.i have already done that but without seaweed.saweed is not much popular here.but still will give it a try.
