People seem to be serious about ghosts. Even i should also believe them.

We have sold out our house and have been searching new house since last one month. Just 2-3 days we thought of finalizing a house but one of my brother said we should not buy it as there lives a ghost. We are confused what should we do . My brother went there but no one said it but I think we should not buy it. What do you say?

If there's a ghost, maybe you should not buy it, you have to understand that they cannot sleep at night because there is white lady floating or a headless priest appear in your front.

Why did your brother say that there is a ghost? Did he see the ghost, or someone told him? You should ask to spend a night in the house and then you decide.

@LadyDuck that also can be a case but what may be the reason why the owner is selling this property in lesser rates when compared to other plots nearby it.

@sjvg1976 I usually do not trust rumors, may be is someone who is jealous and do not want that the apartment is rented or sold.

It is better not to buy it. What if you spend such a large sum of money and finds the rumour to be true

Whether you believe this rumor or not, I can see the hesitancy and nervousness in you. If you are not confident then I would say do not buy it. It is a very seriously big money purchase..

Yeah we believe that the existence of ghost. Coz god created ghost. To buy a new house, we must look at detaily. It is suitable or not to live in that house. Dont buy randomly.

I feel that these rumors get started by some minor incident and if be we're to go to root of the matter , there is a valid explanation. I personally don't believe in ghosts but when you want to buy a house you wouldn't want to buy one with some kind of negative history .

That's the reason we have not bought this property. Personally I too believe on such things but then why should I buy such house when there I have heard so mush negative about it.

I have experienced many unexplained things regarding the invisible here in our home and in our retreat.. so yeah, I believe that they exist but I am not scared of them.. because to me they're just energies...
