Enthusiasm vanish rapidly

I have a problem that i always be enthusiastic at the beginning of each i would like to do, but suddenly i feel bored, and leave the work, from about to days, i found my self enthusiastic to learn a foreign language, and i have already took the first lesson, but suddenly enthusiasm vanished, always this matter happens to me 
, I'm always like that, anyone has an explanation or a cure

I think you will have to program or reprogram your mind to always finish what you start.

@gullver only you can do that by self discipline. Also by making sure that you really want something before going into it, we should be ruled by our mind not our emotions.

Same happens to me. 
But then the enthusiasm comes back, and if you didn't forget what you learned or throw away what you made, you can work on that again. 
It's hard to be motivated all the time, maybe you can note down why you really want to do something, or reward yourself for each step you complete.
Or even take smaller steps you can do in days where you feel "lazy".
I'm not saying I tried to do these things myself, I'm just brainstorming. 
But then the enthusiasm comes back, and if you didn't forget what you learned or throw away what you made, you can work on that again.
