Rested for the weekend

I've become frustrated for sleeping late for the last few days. So last weekend I've decided to just take a break from going for the internet and do other things offline. It took me at least two days before I could go back to that early morning routine and walk my dog for the first time this month. But then after a couple of hours I end up feeling sleepy and had another two hours sleep.

It's hard to reset sometimes and unplugging and getting offline sometimes helps

Well it's good to relax our body , and give rest . So that it works properly . Late night sleeps always makes us restless. Have a great day
