Do you use the same avatar for all your online sites?

No I don't. I have only a few pictures of myself I really like, and i use one on each social media account i have, and one here.

I tend to use different avatars on other sites but the same username. I don't usually include my picture for safety reasons. I dont want to be known

You are free to use different user IDs and avatars for different sites. If you use different log in names and different avatars for different sites, it will be difficult for users to identity you, if they are also on those sites. I more or less keep same log in ID for different sites. There may be variation in avatars.

No, I use different avatars. Sometimes I use my own painting, sometimes I use my son's photo, sometimes I use our photo and sometimes I use cats' photos.

I may change the profile picture but mostly I am using my own name so don't think I will change the name.
