Its not the easy things in life that impact you its the hard things that you had to overcome that give you insight and strength.

What is your opinion about it? Should we need to face challenges to improve ourself?

Life is no easy road, so I would guess that everyone faces some kind of challenge during the journey of life. And yes, they do help us improve.
