In our society men and women are technically equal but in reality they aren't physically equal. There are jobs that women can't do and men can. Not that they probably wouldn't try but they can't Construction work is a prime example. A big butch woman might be able to do the work but most women wouldn't.

Talking in terms of physical strength , yes they are. Women and men have equal rights and duites but not identical I hope you understood the previous statement
