How do you reduce your stress?

Although some of us are very calm people (and I include myself here), in some moments the stress is something inevitable. But we need to learn to deal with it, right? So, what do you usually do to make the stress go away? I usually do things that give me more pleasure and make me feel good: going to the beach, going to the movies or listening to music, for example. How about you?

Travelling helps me get rid of stress. Reading a good book does help too. Watching movie is another way as well.

:D i go for shopping? or watch k-drama. sometimes when tired but stress all I want is to sleep.

Prayer and meditation usually work for me. And, sometimes, I just have to get in the car and drive away.

I have a lot of stress in my life but if I just listen to myself and do not let anyone or anything pressure me then I am ok and have to learn to say no to things. I have things that pop up in my life that become very stressful and when they are over then I can relax.
