Since this morning we expected an 8 hours of blackout in our place. The good news is that only 3 hours were followed and not the original time. Still it cause some trouble to us because many activities were affected. Many people complain of hot day. The electricity has been restored now.

Fortunately it is only for 3 hours. Do you have frequent electricity cuts over there

@ilocosboy i hope this situation gets resolved. I can't imagine how someone will be able to bear so much heat in case there is no electricity.

@Nawsheen It's really hard to handle things especially no electricity. They are fixing it but for how long. We are hoping not long enough.

Even three hours is too long in summer season. We too have problems here, due to severe summer the consumption of power shoot up and no sufficient power available, so they cut it.

The reason they are saying is overloading, of course only the company can understand what is overloading

It is almost a daily habit of the electric company, 10 minutes of thrift off

@ilocosboy That's really troublesome. What's the reason for the random power outage?

that is good to know. 8 reduced to 3 is better than having the 8 hours.

@ilocosboy if possible, we do not want to experience further power interruption because the temperature is so hot, even AC thermostat cannot endure the hotness of our climate.
