Captain America's swan song will in the next Avengers movie

Actor Chris Evans who has wrapped his six films commitment to Marvel Studios to play the Captain America character with the movie "Captain America 3: Civil War" will make his final appearance as the iconic hero in one of the Avengers movies which are the "Avengers: Infinity War" which will be a two part movie series.
Evans along with actor Robert Downey Junior who plays Iron Man and Chris Hemsworth who plays Thor will likely end their run as the iconic heroes of the Marvel Universe since after the two part "Avengers: Infinity War" movies, their services will no longer be needed. Can we all say "Thank you."?
It is a good thing the "Infinity War" movie will mark the end of the three iconic heroes of the Marvel movies since I do not think any of three actors want to be typecast as fictional heroes for life.

None that I know of. Those who say they are happy playing the characters that their fans remember them for say they do it since it pays the bills but they live with the regret that are turned down for lead roles in movies that are given to other actors.

@just4him Like the late Don Adams and the late Adam West claimed that playing the roles that made them famous was a double edged sword.

That is true that Downey is making in some big bucks playing the Golden Avenger to be set for life.
