Cant get my schedule!

The demo job has now brought up a new schedule system. Which is well a pain in my butt I've been trying for a week to get my schedule and it won't pull it up. I keep emailing the supervisor and Iam not sure what else to do. First it said username or password incorrect but won't let you retrieve it. So she changed it and emailed me back. I go to try it again and it won't work.

Will she read it to you over the phone. I hope you are able to get it without driving to work to get it.

Can you call someone ? Then when you go to work get it fixed? Good luck!
