I´m off to cook something for lunch.

This morning I took out a very frozen piece of chicken breast. I placed it (with the 2 plastic wraps) iin a bowl with lukewarm water. I almost never use the microwave oven to thaw food. I hope it is now thawed. If it is, I can make it sauteed with veggies. If it isn´t, I´ll have to make a soup. I can add a whole carrot and a couple of potatoes to eat a very healthy food as a main dish. Which would you prefer?
