Almost broke the bank in the mall

The good thing about being employed is that you got some extra budget to convert to outdoor stuffs, gunplas, Fubu T-shirts and snacks. But now I'm 32, I need to be sensible when it comes to budgeting. So next time I'll avoid certain areas in the malls like the hobby store, clothing store and the shop pictured above that sells EDC stuffs and fine knives.
I won't be tempted this time!

what's a gunplas? where do you use it?
how do you plan to go about saving? have a separate bank account?

Gunplas are Gundam model kits. I build those as a hobby and I only buy those expensive kits twice a year (a large kit takes months to finish with my busy schedule). I do have separate accounts, as well as a cup in my drawer. Everyday I put 30 pesos in my cup and by the end of the year I have 10k in my bank account.

@Mamerto32 I am not sure how to explain it. Since I had my volunteer work, my way of thinking had changed and choose to live simple. I am not into trends and learn to be satisfied with what I have now. Of course, it depends if the things are really needed; then I will buy it out of practicality.

@Shavkat in my case I chose to be prudent as I got older. I mean I'm not sure. Maybe I realized that I don't need too much stuff.
