Propagating Plants and Succulents

Today I was checking online ways to propagate succulents. I have been a plant lover for years and can grow many different kinds of plants from the mother plant. I never tried doing this with succulents but I am going to try it.
Has anyone everyone done this before and any suggestions or ways to make this an easy task would be very helpful.
I plan on making my screen room a huge garden with all different kinds of plants. I love learning new things.

Easy just cut a piece off and stick in the dirt and it will do it's thing.

@ramapo17 I've done cactus that way. I go by what works for me.

Did you ever do that @AbbyGreenhill? What I read said something different. I did it your way for other plants but never did cactus or succulents.

My mother is into plants. If I get one, I give it to her.
