I was driving home from work Friday morning and there on the corner of a fairly busy street was a bunny standing in the middle of a yard.. and a couple of crows
in the grass..
Now I see more bunnies at night but even still they usually run when the cars go by.
This bunny was still standing there in daylight with cars going by.. so since I carry my camera with me everywhere I pulled my car over and got the camera out of my bag and started taking pictures..
It was at that time that I realized WHY she was there.. those crows.. were too close to her next.. Which you can see at the top of the picture here. And she was CHASING them all over the yard!! I wish I had realized it first as I would have videotaped it..
It was like watching a National Geographic show live!
But I got a couple good shots of Mama Bunny... who by the way thought I was suspicious too.

@infatuatedbby it was cool to finally get a good picture of a bunny though.. I didn't have anything good before .. they are always so quick to hide.

@manikarnika I do not have them any longer but I used to have over 50 at one time..
I also used to have many tanks of tropical (freshwater) fish also.. I no longer have them either..

@ridingbet yes, plus they hide them in the lawn and often they can get run over by the lawn mowers. :(

@jobelbojel no, she was protecting her nest of babies.. and she was already chasing away 2 crows.. so she was trying to figure out if she was going to have to fight me too.
