1st time home buyer

I live in california and i only have 30 days before i have to move I could sure use all the info,heads up tips, or advice i can get....please help...

Best piece of advice - hire a moving company, but pack everything yourself. You will be very grateful on moving day that you don't have to lift anything heavy. When you hire a mover, go through the BBB to find someone reputable.
