I heard it on the radio this morning and it got me thinking. I for one don't like having to tip all the time especially when there is a service charge already. Usually when my kids mess can be seen under the tables or they have really given customer service then I give a tip. But I just feel like sometimes they didn't give that service and they still expect tip. I honestly don't have any issues giving one, but if they insist or give you a stink eye then that is another story. Do you give tip after every meal in a restaurant? Or do you have a basis as to what they do for you to give a tip? Or maybe it's automatic for you after every meal ina restaurant?

When there is already a service charge, I don't give a tip anymore. The service charge is for the waiter serving us.

You are absolutely right but here they still expect you to give some tip aside from the service charge. If you don't some give you a look which is sad.

Sometimes i'm like that and if I'm feeling generous I would but just not all the time.

In fact it all depends on how the service was and if the meal was delicious. Only if i find that it is worthwhile to give a tip will i do so

I really don't give tips unless mom tells me too lol and the only time I did that was from the Barbershop.

Well I can understand if you do in a barbershop. It ain't easy cutting peoples hair. But in places where there is service charge I really don't get it.

I usually don't, unless I'm feeling super duper generous. Which is not very often.
