Lately my husband's cellphone reboots continuously. It only works properly when it is charging. Once you unplug it, it will reboot again and again although the battery status is full. Last night I tried to reset it as factory mode so that everything would be gone, including the problems. However, the same problem occurred. So I think it is not something wrong with its apps or systems. It must be something wrong with its battery. I suggested to buy a new battery online and then got it replaced and the problem should be solved. My husband told me to wait. Perhaps he didn't trust my judgment. But I still bought it online because I believed it was the only solution. This morning finally he told me to buy the battery because his phone was completly dead. I said alright but I wouldn't let him know I already did it last night It is too bad that today most cellphones can't replace the battery easily. I looked at the instructions how to change it but as you know the spare parts from the cellphone are so small and everything is delicate. I am not confident to do it by myself or my son. It is better I go out to get it done.

I hate the design like that. In the past it was easy to take out a battery and that's better.
