CHECK OUT THE PHOTO! What will you do if your slipper's strap snap off and there is no slipper stall or any nearest store to buy one. I was on my way home from the market holding two bags on both hands and my slipper broke Fine, I stood for a while thinking what to do. Shall I proceed home dragging one foot with my broken slipper, or shall I ask help from passersby to help me till I get on the road and call for a ride. I put down the two bags and my coin purse caught my attention. Wallah... that's how my keychain RING save my day CHECK OUT THE PHOTO! How are you dear mylotters, something special for this day? jaiho2009 6:30pm Friday PT June 23,2017

You are indeed clever my dear. I can't control my laugh on looking on the image. It is a tough situation if your foot wear broke in the middle of the journey. Glad you got ideas and saved your time.

@hereandthere Flip flops and the likes of Havianas are really expensive that you can buy a shoes at the same price

@jaiho2009 i was shocked at how expensive it was (compared to the plain spartan) but was also surprised at how good the traction was on slippery surfaces so it was worth it

Cool. I wish I had one when my dress shoe strap broke a few years ago. It happened when I was doing an internship at a courthouse. When I got through with my work there, I went to the store to get new shoes.

It's really annoying when things like this happened and we don't have other option. I am just glad that my keychain ring is not to thick so, I was able to separate it a bit and hook in my slipper's strap

That was good thinking. Something similar happened to me once and I immediately hailed a cab. Since then I have always carried an extra pair in my handbag - just in case.

That's a wise idea. My daughter also carry a slim slip ons (slipper) in her bag due to the same situation. Her footwear broke while strolling the mall, good thing she is in the right place so she was able to buy a shoes. Since then, she always carries a spare to avoid such incident.

@jaiho2009 That is great idea using the key chain. When something I have breaks I find something to use in place till I get it fixed.
