My judgment is right and the reboot problem is solved after changing a new battery. I spent RMB34 to buy the battery online and spent RMB40 to let a mobile phone guy to change the battery for me. It really saved a lot of money and now my husband's phone works perfectly again Since today it will spent over RMB2000 to buy a mobile phone like that.

Are the prices stated as RMB in Chinese yuan? This means that 2,000 is a little less than $ 300 I suppose.

Good to hear that. I just say goodbye to my 8 years old laptop and decided not to have it fixed - though it can still be fixed. I bought a new one, the more updated one.

I think my laptop is also about that age and it still works well. There are still stickers on it from my son and at that time he was a little child only. Dell computer's quality is good
