I'm going to visit brother again

When my mom got home she brought a lot of foods and fish from the province. While I was exercising, she told me to pay a visit to them anytime today. I'm glad I stopped.
My knee actually hurt last since when I began my exercise, I know this is the uric problem. It may involve some stroll on my way to my brothers house. I haven't visited there for a while.
Not to mention I need to bring back my niece's shoes which brought by mom the last time they went to the province.
So, how are you doing? When ever I include exercise to my day, everything else about online thing gets cut off..

When we start exercising regularly,the pains and aches are supposed to diminish. But if it is because of uric problem that is a matter that need to be taken care.

@Letranknight2015 I do know what uric acid is. Last year I remember the blood results when my brother had kidney stones. I looked it up then.

@Letranknight2015 I am always wasted in the morning and afternoon online classes. Thus, I need to have a quick nap. Since I also have classes in the evening.
