Help is needed to create a 24/7 broadcast in Youtube

It's been a while since i tried to create a live stream radio on youtube and I'm having little trouble seting it up.
My main problem at this point is that when i start the stream what the viewer sees is not the hole screen i'm broadcasting. I use obs and i would really appreciate any help!!!

I have done some things on Facebook Live. However I am not sure how it happens on Youtube in the same manner. My one thought is very often you do get a Youtube video with a narrow screen and it might be to do with what you use to record it? I bet there is a Youtube video that would tell you!
