Yes I do..I like it really cold.

No, I prefer to drink room temperature water.

I seldom will put ice in it since usually my soda is already stored in the fridge. It is cool enough. If I add ice to it, the taste will be plain.

I like ice cold drinks. And I mean ice cold. It bugs me in Europe where they put in two cubes in a drink.

It depends. Somethings I like ice in and somethings I don't. If I use real ice then I will put no more than 4 pieces in it. I have learned that this is the perfect amount because when it waters down the drink doesn't taste all weird and still taste like whatever I poured. They do have the plastic ice cubes now that can be used and I have several of those.

There are times if I think the drink is not cold enough in summer I will add ice. I like to suck on the ice cubes if left.
