Yes, @LadyDuck A friend of mine (in her 80s then) said because we have less time left than the time we already lived, we are going through the hour glass (like sand in an hourglass moves faster at some point) faster as the days are fewer.

I have reached all of the goals that were on my list for June. I'm glad to keep my weight down and work out indoors on my treadmill, which is in front of my television explaining my high television post count.

I had a surgery in June. So this year June is not a very pleasant month for me. But I am glad that now everything is alright.
