He got kicked out

So we no longer have a roommate. He got kicked out by my husband today. He paid us the money of $75 today but threw a hissy fit about it. Well, when my husband got home we were getting ready to leave to go get a little food and in walks our roommate demanding his money back and my husband told him no because we need food and he needs to go by Friday because he isn't doing what he is told. He was told by his PO he needed to go get housing help (which he qualified for) and get himself together. Well, needless to say I put $75 worth of food in my house which I feel more relieved and because our now ex-roommate threw an attitude, my husband straight out kicked him out the door. Even kept his XBOX 360 until he finished paying my husband off. He didn't like that. If things would have gotten worse, we had back up on the phone. Hopefully he gets his head out of his butt and grows up. We tried. My husband feels bad but he needed to do what was best.
