Nope, my girlfriend did not say these to me. Actually, I overheard this short say from people I know. They have their own children, so obviously she knew her husband was being attracted to someone else because of something else.
Then he said, "I wonder why they all look so hot.." then he burst into a genuine laughter.
Great, his wife did not show any signs of being hurt... she just laughed along with him. As if the subject matter was so hilarious.
Anyway, I have to admit that I find pregnat women so attractive. I guess we are two in this weirdo cage... Oops! I can feel there are still many men who can't say aloud about it because of reasons known to them.
Now, who else is a victim of this kind of attraction in women?

That's interesting, I think I've never found pregnant women to be more attractive. 
There must be something hormonal going on.
Then you don't get to see pregnant women all the time, the "surprise" effect also takes my eye. It's more of a "oh congratulations mom!" than "woah you're hot, honey!".

You lost me at "attracted to someone else because of someone else"
In my eyes an attractive woman is an attractive woman, pregnant or not.
