may be someone' eyes on me but i dont bother whether he tracks me because i know what i am doing and if he have something strength in him then he will talk with me face to face

Yes, I think we all get that at one point or another. It gets really uncomfortable, especially when you can tell that the person is sort of tracking you ALL the time.
