Ok, I finally had to face facts, those old clothes in my closet have shrunk so now I need to buy new ones and pray they don't shrink as well. Butt, would you buy those pants for that price? YIKES!!! Thats almost half my paycheck.

True, they are ugly @LadyDuck but when I was looking for capris I wanted comfort so I looked through those made of cotton, this just happened to be on the list, I was shocked they even listed it.

I doubt it would be any better @infatuatedbby when I took homemaking in high school I was assigned the task of making a skirt for myself, when I was done the teacher said the hem of the skirt reminded her of the Alps.

No, I would never pay that much for a pair of pants or any other clothing. I might if I won the lottery and didn't know what to do with all my money.

I hear ya. Even if I won a ton of money I wouldn't pay that much for a pair of pants or other clothing. I wouldn't have a problem spending either, there are so many wildlife sanctuaries that need help and that's where I'd spend the most.

Made me think of a simple looking pair of jeans, made in USA, Alexander Wang (brand), with the price tag of $476. It is incredible how they manage to sell those.

@rebelann Some of my friends after searching on their cell phones for the current price of Alexander Wang's jeans, laughed, said, '$10 is more likely!' (Some people are crazy, they have too much money to throw away!)

Now that you mention it, could it be it's priced so high cuz of the designer? I doubt the rich would waste money on those pants for that price, they're just way too ugly. Maybe I'd offer them $4 for em.

I don't buy expensive clothing normally...I mean, I don't get invited to any functions being unmarried. So there is no need. I just have ordinary outing sets...and home sets.

Neither do I, I like simple comfortable clothes and since I have skin allergies I have to be careful what a garment is made of. Cheap is ok with me if it is comfortable and looks ok.
