Does anyone know how to interpret DREAMS?

I have the strangest dream ever to which often occurs a lot. Like i always dream standing on a high cliff overlooking the town and suddenly would decide to jump off from the cliff. This dream seems to be so realistic that i often caught myself gasping for an air when i awoke which i am glad that i still able to cuz if not, i don't know where i will be right now. So i wanted to know if anyone knows how to interpret dreams since i am kind of worried about this knowing this happens to me for the nth times now.

I agree. I actually have this friend who also dream the same as mine. Now we are both confuse what could be the meaning of such dreams.

@sw8sincere the best way to solve is to do some introspection and self analysis as to from where and how this feeling of sadness and insecurity comes in and find a solution for eradicating it. That's the only way one can move forward and become stronger

@kiran8 thank you my friend. I am the kind of a person who keeps my sadness inside. I don't usually talk about my problems to people around me maybe that is the reason why i dream such a dream.

Well nothing troubles me my friend i guess it was just because of the emotion i felt before going to sleep. I am sad before i even close my eyes maybe that's the reason why but i take your opinion, it's just that i don't often bother to think of doing not good to others for i am always wanting to put goodness out of negativity.
