Why does my puppy poop in the house after just going 3 times outside?

I have this (10lb) puppy that I have had for a few months and was doing great but recently I can't believe she started coming in the house and pooping after coming inside and has pooped 3 huge piles. I have never seen such a small dog poop so much and it is massive every time. I take her out all the time. When the weather is good we are outside pretty much all day.. Can someone help me?

I was told that dogs don't like dirty as well so if they think outside is not clean they will find a clean spot to do their business.. My dogs are the same, instead of doing that on the dirt, they do it on the concrete....
