Felt Like Passing a Broken Glass

Have you guys tried to poop as if you are passing a broken glass? I know that this sounds ouch! and i knew that this discussion may sound absolutely gross to someone as well. Well for that, i guess i have to ask for an apology then to whoever that someone is. But i really just want to know your side that's why i write it all out here. I am the kind of person who isn't fond of drinking water and who doesn't sweat a lot. I have experienced this difficulty since 2015. It is so painful cuz it actually felt like there were pieces of broken glass coming out from me. I have once seen some little amount of blood on my poop and felt really scared about it. I never told any of my family members about this and just kept it myself. Things like these still happens every now and then but not mostly like that same feeling of passing a broken glass which i become the happiest in those few times i don't experienced it but still has the difficulty of defecating which obviously causes trouble on me. Is there anyone in here that has experienced the same? If so, how did you able to cope up with it? or how did you find solutions to it? Thanks!

Can you get prunes = dried plums where you live? They help. You have to find out the right amount you have to eat. Then you can include them in your diet. They don't taste bad at all. And, of course, a lot of water. I'm also someone who doesn't like to drink.

Thank you for that my friend. I actually tried eating prunes and yes it helps somehow. But stocks in the super market is not always available so i have to switch to another option just like drinking glasses of water before i defecate.

I've always had difficult bowels. I've never experienced what you have though. I would tell the doctor about it, especially since you are seeing blood. It could be a sign of something serious. It was for me.

@sw8sincere You need to consider your health. It might not be anything to worry about, but then it might. You won't know unless you make your appointment with the doctor. Your peace of mind will be worth it.

You just need to drink a lot of fluid. You can have juices than plain water.

Thank you my friend. But why do you think juices are much better than plain water?
