Yes, I buy those items on Buy One Take One promo, if they are those that I use everyday, meaning they are needs.
I can save a lot when I buy them on promos.
So as you can see in my attached picture, I went gaga seeing that these two kinds of lotion are in buy one take one.
Actually, there are many more, but these lotions are what I like most. Though, I only chose the one with vitamin C and honey and buy 2 of them of course, to avail the promo.
Do you also buy products when they are in Buy One Take One promo?

@SIMPLYD Yesterday there was a two for one promotion in one of our supermarkets, but I noticed that the price to buy two (not in promotion) was less at my Aldi supermarket. Many times if I cross the border and go to Italy is a lot less expensive even if not in promotion.

It depends on the product and the original retail price. If it's worth it and I really need it then I would buy.

@cahaya1983 As to fragrances, i rarely buy them for me. I always have very nice perfumes courtesy of my friends living abroad.

I hardly buy stuff myself, but I would think there is a catch in it when I see this sort of promos, either has quality problem or has been close to the shelf life.

@changjiangzhibin89 Yes, I do have that. I always compare if it is indeed at this original price as shown on a tag then discounted now.
I think, generally, men are like you.

@ridingbet They were actually delivered today. They are 400 ml. Actually , a 400 ml of Nivea Body lotion is I think 245. So this one is really a bargain at 299 for two.
My officemate gave them to me today and I tested it on my arms and find it so nice and mildly fragrant too. I guess, I now have a replacement for my Nivea.

Actually, Puregold is one nice supermarket who have a regular "promos" on one big shelf of different products.
Hmm, I think I will copy your way, go to their Promo Section first. I don't do that that's why. I would just go to the supermarket when somebody tells me there are nice promos.

I mostly buy one plus one when I need these items as in your case, or if such items will be useful. Occasionally I have bought in the spirit of experimentation. Yet If I am not at all using such a thing, I desist from buying such a thing even when in a offer.

Yes, we buy mostly those that we always need.
Though, unlike you, I don't like buying promos for experimentation. If I like to try a product, I would buy the smallest first. That is because when it turns out not good, then I only lost a small amount of money.

@crossbones27 Of course health factors comes first. And that means it's for the food items. Usually, they have here Buy 1 Take ! for sodas in big bottles. I don't buy those stuff because they are unhealthy foods.

I'll take advantage of a Buy One Get One if it's something I use. Last bargain I got was Ken's light salad dressing which was BOGO and that was a win for me

Yes, that's how we should assess what we buy.
I suppose you always use that light salad dressing, that you have to take advantage of the promo. Was it nearly expiring?

I will buy them as long as they are items that I will definitely use. If it is food then I make sure I will be able to use it all before the expiry date.

That is true. Actually, I feel happy when I am able to buy an item I always use on this kind of promo.
And these products' expiration dates will still be for a long time.

In Malaysia it is buy one free one.
You buy one item and get the same item free. So you are buying two unit at the price of one. Good bargain but I only buy food stuff

Yes, the same promo although of a slight difference in the words used.
This one too is buying two for the price of one. It is a nice way to be able to save money.
