Its a terrorist organisation that contact Kids, giving them orders to cut themselves, do bad things, ultimately making them kill themselves. They say its a game with 50 levels

Your title had me thinking you were talking about the book, The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Then I remembered that, in the story, it was a sperm whale and not a blue whale...
I thought I'd read that the ring-leader of this ugly "game" had been caught...?
