Well I just bought some veggies from the street vendor. I bought brinjal and potatoes for cooking. I am planning to brinjal potato stir fry and we will enjoy it with flatbread. I hope it turns out well.

i buy veggies from street vendors, too. i had to look up what brinjal means - it's eggplant? are you cooking it as an afternoon snack or for dinner tonight?

I've never heard of brinjal before. Enjoy in your kitchen. I am so busy these past few days, i haven't been cooking for quite a while now. I'm only making quickie meals and sandwiches.
