Yeah i understand your question very well as right now i'm going through this...Not exactly in relationship but may be similar to it...it's very difficult to manage and then choose the right one from both of them...so i want to continue this till my wedding..lol

No. There are too many single people in this world to try and be with someone who is already in a relationship. I wouldn't even consider talking to or messaging someone in that way if I know they have a girlfriend. I find it to be tacky and disrespectful to yourself and the person they are in the relationship with to do that to someone.

I understand your opinion. I think that if the boy wants another girl is because he doesnt love his girlfriend and the best would be to break up with her.

For me it doesn't matter. Everyone deserves a second chance. But I am confused are you trying to say had been in relation or has been in relation. I am OK with former, not with the later...
